Arrival window
We will arrive within the arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we’re running late, we’ll shoot you a call.
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes 48 hours before service to avoid incurring a $100 cancellation fee. We know your time is important, ours is too.
If you are not happy with your service at all, or if we missed some spots, let us know within 24 hours of your scheduled service and we will be back to make it right.
A hold will be placed on your card one day before service, but you are not charged until service is completed and you will receive an email invoice instantly. Please note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just pre-authorization.
